What is this blog about?

I decided to start this blog as a way of developing a healthier relationship with food. It is not about a diet, or calories, or carbs, or grams of fat. It is about eating intuitively. It is about recognizing food for what it is, a source of nourishment and enjoyment. The blog is to remind me that for the most part foods are neither good or bad, unless the value judgement is about the taste of the food. I hope to post daily....we'll see.
