leftover chicken fried rice with cashews and a pear
(ate 3/4 rice and cashews, but not pear- was bad)
Salad, veggie pizza and chocolate pudding at a friend's house

Cheetos and mini pumpkin muffins
I also had several slices of salami and cheese that I didn't photograph
I am struggling with posting this today because I feel like I ate a lot and I am imagining people judging me. But the truth is I selected the foods I wanted to eat, I ate when I was hungry, and I stopped when I was satisfied. I didn't eat past full. That is the goal for me.
