It's hard to get back into a normal pattern of hunger when I overeat.
Egg salad and bacon sandwich with blueberries and kiwi

Pancake wrapped sausage
Taffy
Chocolate
Pizza
White cheddar cheese and crackers, I'm not certain how many I ate...probably about 12-15 with 2-3oz cheese. I have no picture because I did not take it.
These are crackers topped with either peanut butter or nutella and marshmallows and then broiled
Stayed up too late again and ate out of a sense of anxiety, not hunger. I really need to pay attention to things that appear to cause me problems with eating when I am not hungry.
