I was very curious to see how I would do eating when hungry and stopping when satisfied without taking pictures of my food while I was away for the weekend. I wondered if the pictures were a "crutch" for me. I am very happy to say that there was no binging or eating when I wasn't hungry this weekend. There was no eating so much I was uncomfortable :) I am happy because I am feeling sooooo much more peace about food. In the process I am feeling more peaceful about my body as well. Physically I am feeling better too.
I am going to pick up with my photo flog from when I arrived back at home tonight.
Half an Italian stromboli (I had the other half at lunch today) and a cookie bar.
